Chapter 3 Maintenance
Tighten the collet with the wrench while holding the detection pin.
Remove the detection pin and the wrench.
Close the front cover.
Click the "Maintenance" tab, and then click [Close
collet].
Close the collet.
The window shown in gure appears.
Click [OK].
The procedure is complete if the spindle unit moves and "The operation
is completed." is displayed.
MEMO
Tightening is sufcient once the wrench and the tip of
the spindle unit (the shaded portion in the gure on the
left) begin to rotate together.
