2.11 Synchronizer
Caution: Danger of injury!
Switch off the main switch.
Adjust the synchronizer only with the sewing unit switched off.
Standard checking
After positioning the thread lever should be at the upper dead center.
The edge of the cam segment should be centric between the fork of the
light barriers.
Correction
–
Turn the sewing machine in position “Thread lever at upper dead
center".

Loosen screws 4.
–
Turn the cam segment 5 in a way that its edge is centric between
the fork of the light barriers.
–
Tighten screws 4.
–
Check the positioning after cutting.
