7.2 Aligning the light barriers
The light barriers are aligned by means of machine-specific
adjustment and test programs.
The procedure is described in the instruction manual
“Part 4: Programming Instructions DAC Cl. 745-34-2”
Aligning the light barriers chapter 7.3.4.
The following adjustments have to be made:
–
Prepare the sewing unit and the feeding clamps
–
Align the light barriers
in case of sewing unit with two light barriers for automatic slant
recognition
Sewing unit with two light barriers, flap positioning on the left or on
the right
Sewing unit with one light barrier
