Setting steps
1. Position the upper stitch length adjusting wheel to 0.

. Loosen screw (6) and adjusting ring (7).
3. Loosen screws (2) and adjusting ring (1).
4. Move the feed dog carrier across the line of the sewing direction such
that the feed dog is exactly in the center of the throat plate cut-out.
5. Slide adjusting ring (1) and clamp (4) towards each other as far as they
will go.
When doing this, make sure that the stroke shaft (3) is firmly held by
th
e clamp (4) and the adjusting ring (1).
6. Tighten the setscrew of the adjusting ring (1) as we
ll as the screws (2).
7. Slide adjusting ring (7) and clamp (8) towards each other as far as they
will go.
When doing this, make sure that the sliding shaft (5) is firmly held by
the clamp (8) and the adjusting ring (7).
8. Tighten the setscrew of the adjusting ring (7) as well as the screw (6).
