14 Adjusting the thread cutter
14.1 Adjusting the thread cut-off point
Proper setting
The left edge of the lever (2) must be at a distance of 81.5 mm from the
r
ight edge of the arm (5). The control cam (3) is located at a distance of
1 mm from the lever (2).
When the pulley (7) is engaged in the setting gully of the control cam (6):
Th
e handwheel scale indicates 120°.

Setting steps
1. Loosen the screw (1).
2
. Adjust the lever (2) to a distance of 81.5 mm from the right edge of the
arm (5).
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Risk of crushing injuries and stab wounds from
sharp
and moving parts.
Turn off the machine before setting the thread
cutter.
