8.7.2.1 Delay time for operation with DC power supply
Delay time with debounce activated
When debounce is activated, the delay time for DC signals is 20 ms.

data", page 825
An input signal S1 must therefore be 1 on the input terminal for at least 20 ms before
the switch contact will change from 0 to 1 (A). If applicable, this time must also
include the cycle time (B) since a easyE4 device does not detect the signal until the
start of a cycle.
When the DC signal drops from 1 to 0 with debounce active, the same delay time (C)
of 20ms applies. For this the input signal S1 must be 0 at the input terminal.
