Use this field… To
Port See the port number associated with the displayed Spanning Tree port
parameters.
Port Admin (STA
State)
Select to Enable or Disable the Spanning Tree algorithm (STA) on a
port.
Admin Edge Set the AdminEdge to True or False. Authorized inter-switch links
should be set to false. Spanguard (if enabled) only functions on ports
with AdminEdge set to True, typically set on user ports.
Admin Point Set the point-to-point status of the LAN attached to this specified port.
Options are:
True - forces the port to be considered point-to-point.
False - forces the port to be considered non point-to-point.
Auto - (default setting) allows the firmware to determining the
port’s point-to-point status.
Hello time (1-10) Set the time interval (in seconds) the Port will transmit BPDUs
indicating the device is active. This is only used when the Bridge Hello
Mode is set to Disable, otherwise the Bridge Hello Time is used.
