SpanGuard Settings:
Spanguard Enable or Disable the Spanguard feature on the device.
Spanguard Traps Enable or Disable SpanGuard Traps. If enabled the switch will send a
trap to the Network Management Station when the STP protocol is
seen on a Port that has adminEdge set to True.
Spanguard Timeout Reception of a BPDU (except loopback) by a port with adminEdge set
to True will cause the port to be locked and its state set to “blocking”.
Spanguard Timeout is how long (in seconds) that the port will remain
locked. The values are (0-65535) where 0 is forever.
Port:
Port The port number associated with the displayed Spanguard port
parameters.
Spanguard Lock
Status
See the port’s current Spanguard Lock Status (either Locked or
Unlocked).
Clear Lock When Spanguard has locked a port, it may be manually unlocked here
by checking the “Clear Lock” box and then clicking “Apply” in the left
window pane.
