Selecting Extended Settings - Windows
You can select additional settings that apply to all the print jobs you send to your product.
1. Access the Windows Desktop and right-click the icon for your product in the right side of the
Windows taskbar, or click the up arrow and right-click .
Note: For Windows 11, you may need to select and select Settings > Bluetooth & devices >
Printers & scanners. Select your product and select Printing preferences.
2. Click the Maintenance tab.
You see the maintenance options:
