Power does not Turn On/O
❏ Make sure the power cord is securely plugged in. Also connect directly to an outlet that is xed to the wall.
❏ Hold down the power button for a little longer.
❏ Make sure the circuit breaker turns On. If the circuit breaker is o, turn it on and turn on the power. If it turns
o quickly, unplug the power cord, and then contact system administrator or service provider.

Control panel gets dark
e printer is in sleep mode. Tap anywhere on the touch screen to turn on the display.
Slight Electric Shock when Touching the Pinter
If many peripherals are connected to the computer, you may feel a slight electric shock when touching the printer.
Install a ground wire to the computer that is connected to the printer.
Operations Sounds Are Loud
If operations sounds are too loud, enable Quiet Mode.

The Date and Time Are Incorrect
Set the date and time correctly on the control panel. Aer a power failure caused by a lightning strike or if the
power is le o for a long time, the clock may show the wrong time.
