String type; contains the path of an elementary file on the SIM/USIM in
hexadecimal format as defined in ETSI TS 102 221 [60] (e.g. “7F205F70” in SIM and
USIM case).

<sw2> Integer character format. Information, from the SIM, about the execution of the
actual command. These parameters are delivered to the TE in both cases, on
successful or failed execution of the command.

0x90 0x00 normal entry of the command
0x9F 0xXX length XX of the response data
0x91 0xXX normal ending of the command, with extra information from the proactive
SIM containing a command for the ME. Length 'XX' of the response data
