shows a warning when it adds a launch or tail event.
Some conditions can possibly prevent the tester from adding a tail
event:
 The link is shorter than the tail cord.
 The end event does not show at the same location for both
wavelengths.
 The reflectance of the end event is less than -20 dB.
 There are events after the end of the link.
