Start-up
Requirements When commissioning the wirefeeder, the following requirements must be met:
- All components installed and connected as described in the “Installation” chapter
- All appropriate welding media connected to wirefeeder
- Feed rollers inserted in the wirefeeder
- Wire electrode threaded in
- Feed roller contact pressure set
- Motor adjustment completed
- All covers closed, all side panels in place, all safety devices intact and in their proper
place (e.g. protective covers)
General The device is commissioned by means of an active welding start signal.
