This signal indicates that the „Wire feed speed command value“ input is outside of the
possible range.
The signal is High if, for example:
- The possible range is limited by the wirefeeder:
• Selected wire speed set value = 25 m/min
• Maximum wire speed set value based on characteristic = 25 m/min
• Maximum possible speed of the wirefeeder = 15 m/min
- The possible range is limited by the characteristic:
• Selected wire speed set value = 25 m/min
• Maximum wire speed set value based on characteristic = 15 m/min
• Maximum possible speed of the wirefeeder = 30 m/min
Additional information for TWIN systems:
The signal is set as soon as one of the two process lines exceeds a defined range.
Correction out of
range (Correction
out of range) -

This signal indicates that at least one of the selected corrections (for example, Arc length
correction) is outside of the specified range.
