2 Connect the other end of the HK1 input housekeeping cable to the appropriate alarm
termination point on the local environmental alarm termination block. Refer to Cable and
Wiring Guide, for color code details.
Note: Pins 12 and 25 of HK1 can be used to initiate a remote CPU reset.
3 Connect the HK2 control housekeeping cable to backplane connector CN40 (Optical shelf ),
and secure with retaining screws. See Figure 3-83 [p. 3-109].
4 Connect the other end of the HK2 control housekeeping cable to the appropriate alarm
termination point on the local environmental alarm termination block. Refer to Cable and
Wiring Guide, for color code details.
5 Record the termination points used, and provide documentation to site personnel.
This procedure is complete.
