Click on the Pumps.

Enter a low System flow (e.g., 0.2 ml/min).
•
Click Set flow rate.
Result: A system flow of 0.2 ml/min starts.
When buffer leaves the tubing in a continuous mode and the top part of the column is
filled with buffer, connect the tubing to the top of the column.
