1/2 Users can contact a GE service center 
by phone, or directly from the 
ultrasound device if a network 
connection is available.
There is a Contact GE logo in the 
lower left hand corner of monitor. Click 
on this icon, and a pop-up menu will 
appear. Select ContactGE.
2/2 Complete the required fields identified, 
including: Name, Problem Type, 
Problem Area, and Problem 
Description. Once these fields are 
complete click Send to submit.
