5.12.3 Convert DWORD to DINT
Converts DWORD data into the equivalent signed double-precision
integer (DINT) value and stores the result in Q. The conversion to DINT
does not change the original data.
The output data can be used directly as input for another program
function. The function passes data to Q unless the data is out of range.
