6.31 SVC_REQ 51: Read Sweep Time from Beginning of Sweep
Use SVC_REQ 51 to read the time in nanoseconds since the start of the sweep. The data is unsigned
32-bit integer.
Output
The parameter block is an output parameter block only; it has a length of two words.

time (nanoseconds) since start of scan – low order
Address+1
time (nanoseconds) since start of scan – high order
SVC_REQ 51 Example
The elapsed time from the start of the scan is read into locations %R00200 and %R00201 if it is
greater than 10,020ns, internal coil %M0200 is turned on.
