5.12.4 Convert INT or UINT to WORD
Converts an unsigned single-precision integer (UINT) operand IN to a 16-
bit bit string (WORD) value and stores the result in the variable assigned
to Q.
Converts a 16-bit signed integer (INT) operand IN to a 16-bit bit string
(WORD) value and stores the result in the variable assigned to Q.
The output data can be used directly as input for another program function. The function passes data
to Q unless the data is out of range.
