Fault References for Non-Configurable Faults
CPU hardware fault (such as failed
memory device or failed serial port).
Sets #SY_FLT, #SY_PRES, #HRD_FLT
Non-fatal hardware fault on any module in
the system, such as failure of a serial port
on a LAN interface module.
Sets #SY_FLT, #SY_PRES, #HRD_FLT
A diagnostic PROFINET alarm has been
received and an I/O fault has been logged
in group 28.
Sets #ANY_FLT, #IO_FLT, #IO_PRES
Non-recoverable software error in a LAN
interface module.

Program or block checksum failure during
power-up or in RUN Mode.
The low battery indication is not
supported for all CPU versions. For details,

Point or channel on an I/O module; a
partial failure of the module.
No application program is present at
power-up. Should only occur the first time
the PACSystems controller is powered up
or if the user memory containing the
program fails.
CPU will not go to RUN Mode; it
continues executing STOP Mode
sweep until a valid program is loaded.
This can be a null program that does
nothing. Sets #SY_FLT and #SY_PRES.
Corrupted program memory at power-up.
Program could not be read and/or did not
pass checksum tests.
Sets #SY_FLT and #SY_PRES.
