On the displayed page in the Start Protocol:2

Type the Result name and click Browse to change the Location of where
the result is saved if necessary.

Select the correct Bag size (two sizes are listed in dual mode).

Click OK.
Result: The manual run starts.
Start a method run
Follow the instructions below to start a method run.
The system can be controlled manually from the Process Picture after the
method run has been started.
Tip:

Open the System Control module and click the icon Open Method Navigator.1
Result: The Method Navigator pane opens.
Select the method to run, and click the Run icon.2
Result: The Start Protocol dialog for the method run opens.
