5.3.1 Remove

• Replacement of the brake shoe assembly
• Mark the replaced shoe for the next use
Remove the following parts from the right grip and front
absorber
1.Oil pump component(3)
2. Front brake component(10)
3. Brake cylinder component(6)
4. Friction piece component(2)
5.Brake tube assembly(5)
6. Switch(7)

*Note
• Oil should not be allowed to pollute the brake shoe during
installing and removing.
• Use the required cleaner to prevent affecting the function of
the braking system.
Loosen the fixed bolt of the brake cylinder.
Remove the brake cylinder from the front absorber.
