Function check
This must only be done by authorized personnel.
The machine is connected to the electricity supply and some components are live.
Switch and supply cable
• Checking that the main breaker switch and supply cable are not damaged and free from
defects.
• Check the tightening torque of the supply cable.
Electrical connection
• Check the connections for the main circuits >230 V AC incl. terminal blocks, MCCB, MCB,
contactors, etc.
Filters and valves
• Check that level switches and manual shutoff valves are working properly.
• Check the following filters: circulation fine filter, drying air filter and instrument air filter. Clean
when necessary.
• Check all pipe couplings. Tighten and seal as needed.
Regulator
• Check that the buttons on the control panel are working. A beep sounds if the buttons are
working.
• The yellow lamp at
lights up when a program is running. The green lamp at lights up when
the program is complete.
• Testing the panel LEDs and buzzers, see section Control panels OP30 and OP10.
Wash cart
• Check that the machine's wash trolleys dock correctly.
• Check that the cart's spray arms (if available) rotate and are not clogged.
Doors
• Check that the door seal on each door closes tightly and is undamaged and that there is no
leakage while a program is running. Clean or replace the seal if necessary.
Detergent dosing
• Check that the hose and pump are full of detergent or rinse-aid before running a program.
When changing the pre-programmed amount of detergent, the consumption must be checked
with a measuring glass.
• Check that there are no bends in hoses.
• Check that there are no leaks in the dosing system.
• When changing detergent type or brand, calibrate the flowmeters.
