The previous illustration shows the position of the door sensors and contacts on the machine. When the
door is fully open, the DOOR OPEN, DOOR UNLOCKED 1 and DOOR UNLOCKED 2 are active. As soon
as the door motor starts to move the door from its “open” position, the DOOR OPEN sensor is de-
activated and when the door reaches the other limit switch, the DOOR CLOSED sensor is activated. The
door lock cylinders then move into the door to their inner position. DOOR LOCKED 1 and 2 are then
activated.
If the door is obstructed during closing, a crush protection device stops the door if the force on the door
is greater than 150 N. When the door is stopped, the motor drive unit turns around its attachment point
and activates the crush protection device. To adjust, see sectionAdjustment of crush protection for
doors, Page 143
Adjusting the pressure stabilizer
The pressure stabilizer is placed on the electrical cabinet and adjusted by pulling up the control knob and
then turning it. Adjust the stabilizer so the pressure displays 0.5 MPa.
