Contacting Technical Support
If you are still having a problem with the 3rd Wave, contact Technical
Support at support@groovesynthesis.com. Please include the purchase
date of your 3rd Wave, its serial number, and the operating system
version. The OS version is shown at the upper left of the main display.
Warranty and Repairs
Groove Synthesis provides a 2 year warranty on parts and labor for the
3rd Wave from its date of purchase when purchased directly from Groove
Synthesis.
If your 3rd Wave needs to be repaired, please contact:
support@groovesynthesis.com.
Please do not return the 3rd Wave to Groove Synthesis without rst
obtaining a return authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number,
email technical support and provide the following:
Your 3rd Wave’s serial number
Your name
Your address
Your email address
Your phone number
The date you purchased the 3rd Wave
If you need to return your 3rd Wave for repair, you must ship it to
Groove Synthesis. We recommend insuring it and packing in the original
packaging. If the 3rd Wave is damaged during shipping because of insuf-
cient packaging, the warranty will not cover this.
