Global Settings
Global Settings
Global settings apply to all programs in the 3rd Wave. In other words,
these settings apply to the overall behavior of the 3rd Wave. These include
such things as keyboard velocity curves, MIDI settings, and more.

The Global Menu
To use the global menu:
1. Press the global button.
2. Use soft button 1 to scroll through the list of parameters.
3. To set a selected parameter, turn soft button 2, as necessary.
Global Menu Parameters
1. LED Brightness: 1…4 — Controls brightness of the various LEDs on
the 3rd Wave front panel.
2. Display Brightness: high, medium, low — Controls brightness of the
main display.
3. Accessibility Light Sensitivity: off, on — When off, button LEDs
blink normally. When on, LEDs do not blink to accommodate users
sensitive to blinking lights.
4. Metronome in Headphone Only: off, on — When off, the Sequenc-
ers metronome is audible in both the main outputs as well as the head-
phone outputs. When on, the Sequencer’s metronome is audible only in
the headphone output.
