The Song controls
To temporarily mute a song as it plays:
• As the song plays, press and hold soft button 3 (mute) in the Sequenc-
er’s main menu. The Sequencer mutes playback as long as you hold
down the button.
Sequencing Parameter Changes
The Sequencer makes it easy to record parameter changes in real-time
as part of any of 24 patterns. To do this, simply turn on param record in
the Sequencer menu, then begin recording as you normally would. Then
adjust front-panel controls such as lter cutoff, noise level, envelope
settings, or other parameters.
As the sequence plays, the Sequencer records the changes to the param-
eter and incorporates them into the sequence. Be aware of where and when
the sequence loops back around to its beginning since the Sequencer
continues to record (and possibly overwrite) any parameter changes you
make as it repeats.
To sequence parameter changes:
1. Start playback of an existing sequence by pressing the play button in
the Sequencer section.
2. Use soft knob 4 to set param record to on.
3. Press the record button in the Sequencer section.
4. As the sequence plays, adjust a parameter (such as lter cutoff).
