5. If you want to clear parameter automation in the pattern, press soft
button 2 (clear params) all parameter sequencing is erased.
6. To stop recording, press the record button.
7. To stop playback, press the play button.
8. To save the sequence, save the program by pressing the write button twice.
The Sequencer continuously updates the changes you make as the
sequence loops. As long as the sequence continues to play and record
you can keep adjusting that parameter or additional parameters. If you
stop moving a parameter knob, the Sequencer stops updating the automation
and preserves whatever automation is already recorded.
You can also use the Sequencer to record per-part changes in volume,
pan, and tuning in multi-part presets.
Copying a Pattern
You can copy one pattern to another. Both the notes and any parameter
automation in a pattern are copied.
To copy a pattern:
1. In the sequencer menu in the main display, press soft button 4 (right
arrow). Additional Sequencer parameters appear.
2. Press soft button 2 (copy). In the screen that appears, use soft knob 3 to
choose the pattern you want to copy.
3. Use soft knob 3 to choose the destination pattern.
4. Press soft button 4. The pattern is copied to the destination.
