TSC1000 Maintenance
Before doing any maintenance to the 1000psi system, disconnect the
power source; unplug it from the power supply.

Check the oil level on a daily basis. If the oil is low, add oil through the ll cap
on the reservoir. Fill the reservoir about 25% full with 5-30W synthetic oil.
Auxiliary Filter Element Replacement
Change the lter bag when the lter gauge displays a vacuum level of -5 in. Hg
or more. Do not allow the suction to exceed -10 in. Hg or pump damage may
occur. Replace with a 25-micron rated lter bag (Haas P/N 93-9130).
Loosen the clamps and open the lid. Use the handle to remove the basket
(the lter element will be removed with the basket). Remove the lter element
from the basket and discard. Clean the basket. Install a new lter element and
replace the basket (with element). Close the lid and secure the clamps.
