he bridge guard covers the cutterblock when surface planing. Instructions to
adjust the bridge guard are given in the respective working techniques descrip-
tions.
Rear cutterblock cover
When surface planing, the rear cutterblock cover screens the part of the cutter-
block that remains exposed behind the fence.
This cover is mounted to the planer fence and does not need to be adjusted
separately.
