1.
Switch off the machine and secure it against being switched on again.
2.
Disconnect the machine from the mains power supply.
3.
Release and remove the planer fence clamp.

oosen and remove the screws and washers.

Remove lid. ⮫

Clean the drive chain and then reapply machine grease lubrication.
S
lowly turn the chain in a clockwise direction using a socket wrench.
6.
Repeat the process, until the whole chain is lubricated.

Depending on how often the machine is used, dust and chips have to be periodi-
cally cleaned out from the space under the thicknesser table.
