7 Setup and installation
7.1 Requirements of the location, where the machine is to be installed
In or
der to be able to operate the machine trouble-free, efficient and ergonomi-
cally, the following conditions must be met:
● Ensure that the work surface is sufficiently stable and has the proper load-
be
aring capacity
● Provide sufficient light at the workstation
● Ensure there is sufficient clearance for or from neighbouring workstations
● That the free space in the processing direction is at least 500 mm larger than
the w
orkpiece length.
● That the machine location provides enough space for the machine operator.
C
onsider the requirement of enough space for loading, working and
stacking of workpieces.
At least 2000 mm of free space to operate the machine in the working area
are required.
● In order to maintain and operate the machine properly, it must be set up
a
t least 500 mm away from the wall, parallel to the work direction (measure-
ment X).
● The machine may only be used in dry rooms, free from frost and not outside.
