Short-term interval (All wave/100 ms/200 ms/500 ms) data and
harmonic waveform data are saved in binary format files.
Binary format files must be converted to text files to be read
into commercially available spreadsheet software. The conver-
sion software is provided in the supplied CD-R.
If the number of output-data items on the save/print items set-
ting screen exceeds 256, it may not be possible to read all data
into commercially available spreadsheet software. Make sure
that the number of output-data items does not exceed 256
when they are to be read into such spreadsheet software.
