Connecting the Measurement Leads
Removing and attaching the sleeves
CAUTION
The tips of the metal pins are sharp and may cause injury. Do not touch the
tips.
The metal tips of the test leads are covered with the removable sleeves. The test
leads can be used without the sleeves.
Removing the sleeves
Gently hold the bottom of the sleeves and pull the sleeves off.
Safely store the removed sleeves so as not to lose them.
Attaching the sleeves
Insert the metal pins of the test leads into the holes of the sleeves, and rmly push
them all the way in. (Do not touch the tip of the pins.)
