If the insulation resistance of the equipment to be measured is within the
measurement range of the instrument, a 2-terminal contact check can be performed
by setting the upper and lower limit values of the comparator.

Connect the HIGH and LOW side test leads to the equipment to be
measured.

When the measured value is Over.F and the U.FAIL lamp turns on, the
contact may be faulty or the probe wires may be broken.
