Operation Comparator judgment is not performed after measurement starts until
the response time elapses. The timer counts down along with the test
duration timer (Test voltage is generated).

Method 4-terminal (For 2-terminal, the comparator upper and lower limit values

Operation Contact check is performed for each sampling and a contact error

FAST: 100 ms, SLOW: 500 ms

Display The LEDs for PASS, UPPER_FAIL, LOWER_FAIL are lit.
Both UPPER_FAIL and LOWER_FAIL are lit at the same time for UL_
FAIL.
“----” is displayed when the comparator is set to OFF.

UL_FAIL.
The last test result is held.
