Action
The CEE turns green on the Monitoring Tree.
 Remember that the CEE must be active for anything assigned to the CEE
to work. Even if a CM is active, it will not do anything unless the CEE is
also active.
Alternate methods:
 Click the Toggle State toolbar button to set the selected item active.
 Select Operate > Change State…
