If your Honeywell Controller has lost power, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the main power source has been disconnected or shut down, either manually or due to a brownout or blackout. If so, reconnect the power source or wait for the condition to pass. Another potential cause is a failure of the 24 Vdc power supply or a disconnected/failed power cable; in this case, replace the power supply or reconnect/replace the cable. Finally, the power fuse on the IOTA might have opened, requiring a fuse replacement.
