On the Main tab, click Controller Command box and select Shutdown from
the list.

Click the Yes button to confirm the action.

Wait for the C300 Controller to reboot to its RDY state.

Initiating Synchronization command
Use the following procedure to initiate a synchronization command manually to a
redundant C300 Controller pair.
Prerequisites
You can view active redundant C300 Controller pair on the Monitoring tab in Control
Builder.
Commanding synchronization
Step Action

In the Monitoring tab, double-click the primary C300 icon to call up its
Parameters configuration form.

Click the Redundancy tab to display it.

Click the Enable Synchronization button.

Click the Yes button to confirm the action and issue the synchronize
command.

Confirm that the Auto Synchronization State is, or becomes ENABLED and
confirm that sync cycles in the primary C300 Controller's 4-character display.

Click the OK button to close the Parameters form.
