Observe the
PWR, RUN,

indicators.
● If the PWR
indicator is
steady green,
the power input
is normal.
● The RUN
indicator blinks
at long
intervals,
indicating that
the device is
running
properly.
● The ALM
indicator is
o.
● If the PWR indicator
is o, check
whether the
communications
cable is loose or
disconnected or
whether the smart
ETH gateway is not
energized. If so,
reconnect the cable.
If not, replace the
actuator.
● If the RUN indicator
blinks at short
intervals, check
whether the
communications
cable is normal. If
not, replace the
cable.
● If the ALM indicator
is steady on, check
for alarms.
Availability of the
cabinet electronic
lock
Open and
close the
cabinet
door, and
view alarm
information
on the
ECC800-Pro
WebUI.
The door status
sensor alarm
information can
be queried on the
ECC800-Pro
WebUI.
If no alarm is
generated after the
door with a door status
sensor installed is
opened, replace the
door status sensor.
