6.2.4 Monthly Maintenance
Table 6-3 lists monthly maintenance items for the indoor unit. If parts
replacement is required, contact Huawei technical support to obtain spare parts.

Air lter The air lter surface is free of
accumulated dust, damage,
and deformation.
Replace the air lter. Huawei
recommends replacing the air lter
once every six months. See 6.5.1
Replacing Filters for the
replacement method.
Compres
sor
The compressor generates no
abnormal noises, such as
metal friction noise.
Slightly shake the compressor and
touch the four anchor bolt to check
whether they are loose. If they are
loose, tighten them using a 13#
solid wrench. If the problem persists,
contact Huawei technical support.
Run the indoor unit and check
that the oil level is stably
above 1/3 of the oil sight
glass and that no dense white
bubbles cover the entire glass
surface.
Add refrigerant oil. For details,
contact Huawei technical support.
Humidi
er
The humidier cylinder
interior wall is free from large
quantity of water scale.
Replace the humidier cylinder by
referring to 6.5.7 Replacing
Humidier Cylinder. Huawei
recommends replacing the
humidier cylinder once every six
months.
