System-board jumpers
This section describes the jumpers on the system board.
Table 3. System board jumpers
Jumper number Jumper name Jumper setting
CN14 Clear CMOS jumper
v Pins 1 and 2: Normal
(default) - This keeps the
CMOS data.
v Pins 2 and 3: This clears
the CMOS data such as
power-on password and
loads the default UEFI
settings.

J2 UEFI boot recovery jumper
v Pins 1 and 2: Normal
(default) Loads the
primary firmware ROM
page.
v Pins 2 and 3: Loads the
secondary (backup)
firmware ROM page.

J9 IMM TPM jumper
v Pins 1 and 2: Normal
(default) TPM not physical
present.
v Pins 2 and 3: TPM
physical present.
