4.4. PREPARING THE BAR FEEDER FOR
INSTALLATION
Before positioning and installing the bar feeder close
to the lathe, do the following:
– Lift the bar feeder and assemble plates

and feet

(fig. 6).
– lift the magazine

and install the foot

as shown in
figure 7 ;
– insert the pin

(fig. 8). Install the keep plate

.
Remove the supports
G
.
Keep the supports (G) in case you need to transport the
feeder in the future.
