3.12 FLUE TEST
Before performing the test, ensure that the condensate drain trap has been lled correctly and check that there are no obstruc-
tions in the air intake circuit and ue exhaust and that the sealed chamber is perfectly closed and the ue has already been in-
stalled.
is test makes it possible to assess and if necessary adjust the fan speed according to the length of the installed ue.
To carry out the Flue Test, activate the ue test function FU in the special functions menu (Parag.3.14 and 3.18).
To dene the value to be set in parameter "F.0" carry out the ΔP measurement during the "Flue Test".
Check the ΔP between the two ue gas sampling plugs (Parag. 1.34) and set parameter "F.0" according to the values shown below:
Victrix Extra 12 Plus
Parameter ΔP
F.0 = 0 < 165 Pa
F.0 = 1 > 165 Pa
F.0 = 2 > 215 Pa
Value detected on rst check
Victrix Extra 24 Plus
Parameter ΔP
F.0 = 0 < 158 Pa
F.0 = 1 > 158 Pa
F.0 = 2 > 204 Pa
Value detected on rst check
Victrix Extra 35 Plus
Parameter ΔP
F.0 = 0 < 173 Pa
F.0 = 1 > 173 Pa
F.0 = 2 > 228 Pa
Value detected on rst check
e function ends aer 15 minutes, or by pressing Reset.
is procedure must not be carried out in the case of installation C
(10)
- C
(12)
. In that case, parameter F.0 = 0 must be le and pa-
rameter F.1 = 1 set.
Examinations are carried out by sealing the holes provided to analyse the ues, making them pneumatically sealed.
Should there be a appliance malfunction, you can carry out a ue test to check that there are no obstructions in the ue system.
Dierent values to those indicated in the previous tables indicate a ue system malfunction, especially a ue system with exces-
sive load losses or obstructed system.
