Zones
The modules are divided into zones. Every zone features at least one drive and sufficient space
for at least one piece of material.
All the rollers of a zone are connected via PolyVee or round belts.
Control
Control card
Each module features a separate control card or is connected to the control card of its adjacent
module.
The 24-V/48-V roller conveyor can be delivered with a decentralized control logic.
No master control system is required to operate the complete conveyor system.
Fieldbus
The 24-V/48-V roller conveyor features a fieldbus as an option, so that it can be completely
controlled via a PLC (programmable logic controller), if needed.
Each module is wired with all internal cables and can easily be installed on site. Communication
cables are available as options, such as bus cables.
Scope of supply
The 24-V/48-V roller conveyor is delivered completely assembled and wired. The scope of
delivery includes:
• Rack, including side frames, cross ties, side frame covers
• RollerDrive
• Rollers
• Drive belt (PolyVee or round belt)
• Finger guards
• Roller clips
• Power supply cable
• Control system
• Photo cell and reflector
• (Optional) Side guide profiles, side guide brackets and universal support
The side guide profiles (if ordered) can optionally be delivered assembled or unassembled.
The scope of delivery does not include:
• Supports
• End caps
• Bus (communication) cables
