Damage to PolyVee belts from the material
4 For curve RM 8320 DF, adjust side guide profiles at inside radius towards the center so that
the material cannot contact the PolyVee belts.
The side guide profiles (1) are installed in several steps:
4 Attach rigid universal support (4) to side frames, see "Installing the rigid universal support",
page41.
4 Attach flexible universal support (5) to side frames, see "Installing the flexible universal
support", page42.
4 Place side guide support (2) on mounting bracket (3) of universal supports.
4 Fasten side guide profiles to side guide supports, see "Fastening the side guide profile on the
universal support", page44. If needed, two side guide profiles can also be attached above
each other.
