NOTICE
Risk of property damage to the RollerDrive and or to its cables
4 Never apply AC current to the RollerDrive at any time as this will cause irreparable damage
to the unit.
4 Do not subject the RollerDrive connector to too much tension or pressure. Bending the
RollerDrive cable and forcing the fastening nut over the cable can cause damage to the
cable's insulation, which could result in failure of the RollerDrive.
4 Do not bend the RollerDrive cable at the fastening shaft. Leave a minimum of 12 mm of
excess cable for tension or pressure relief.
4 Observe permissible bending radii: single bending 25 mm, multiple bending 50 mm.
4 Do not use RollerDrive cables together with drag chains.
NOTICE
Improper handling during installation of the RollerDrive can cause property damage or
shorten the service life of the RollerDrive
4 Do not drop or mishandle the RollerDrive to avoid internal damage.
4 Check each RollerDrive visually for damage before installation.
4 To prevent damage to internal connections, do not hold, carry or secure the RollerDrive by
the cable.
4 Do not force the RollerDrive when inserting it into the side profile. It must be easy to insert it
into the side profile.
4 Ensure that the proper torque is applied to the RollerDrive hexagonal nut to prevent the
shaft from spinning in the side profile and the RollerDrive cables from twisting.
4 Do not twist the RollerDrive cable.
