Requirement:
R The module is shut down.
4 Remove side frame cover (3) from both sides.
4 Remove the corresponding rollers (1):
4 Straight: Remove roller, see "Replacing the carrying idler in the straight line and merge",
page56, and remove RollerDrive, see "Replacing the RollerDrive (straight and merge)",
page60.
4 Curve: Remove roller, see "Replacing the carrying idler in the curve", page58, and remove
RollerDrive, see "Replacing the RollerDrive (curve)", page63.
4 Merge: Remove roller, see "Replacing the carrying idler in the straight line and merge",
page56, and remove RollerDrive, see "Replacing the RollerDrive (straight and merge)",
page60.
4 Slightly turn rollers horizontally and remove the drive belt (4).
4 Insert the new drive belt.
4 Reinstall the corresponding rollers in reverse order.
4 Install side frame cover on side frame.
