MEASure[:SCALar]:CURRent:HARMonic:THD?
<[A|B|C|CH1|CH2|CH3]>
This command is used to measure the total harmonic distortion of the current.
Syntax:
FETCh[:SCALar]:CURRent:HARMonic:THD? <[A|B|C|CH1|CH2|CH3]>
Arguments:
<[A|B|C|CH1|CH2|CH3]>
Returns:
<NRf>
Example:
FETC: CURR:HARM:THD? A
FETCh[:SCALar]:ARRay:VOLTage:HARMonic[:AMPLitu
de]? <[A|B|C|CH1|CH2|CH3]>,<NR1>
MEASure[:SCALar]:ARRay:VOLTage:HARMonic[:AMPLi
tude]? <[A|B|C|CH1|CH2|CH3]>,<NR1>
This command is used to measure each harmonic amplitude of the voltage.
Meaning: the value range of NR1 is 0-50, the 0th order represents the DC
component, the 1st order represents the fundamental wave, and the 2nd to 50th
order the harmonic components. In this command, if NR1 is assigned a value of
10, the result will list the harmonic amplitude of the voltage from 0 to 10th.
